About Olivia

After exploring another career path in my 20s I have made the decision to get back into child care. Please see my experience below: I began babysitting when I was in high school (around 2009). In 2009 I began volunteering at Pegasus, which is a therapeutic horseback riding program for people with disabilities. I volunteered there until I graduated high school in 2012. In the summer of 2011 I volunteered at a summer camp for children with disabilities (Achieve Fluency), then in the fall of 2011 and spring and summer of 2012 I worked as a tutor for them. In the summer of 2012 and 2013 Achieve Fluency hired me as a camp counselor. From May of 2016 until October of 2016 I worked at a daycare as a support staff. I helped teachers with whatever they needed. I worked with children ranging in age from 10 weeks to 4 years old. From September 2017 until February 2018 I was a baby for a family with 1 infant. He was 11 weeks old when I started working for them.
