We decided to hire Olivia after interviewing her and us both agreeing on the hours and pay. She said she liked our family and we liked her. She worked one day for us, did a great day, called in sick the next scheduled day, and then messaged us a few days later to let us know she could no longer continue working for us, without any explanation.
