Hello! My name is Olivia D. and I am a licensed History, Special Ed, and English as a Second Language teacher. I voluntarily teach middle school... and I love it! I am looking for part-time tutoring or caregiving opportunities over the summer. I have 9 years of working in education and 18+ years of caregiving experience with families. After graduating from Tufts University with degrees in Psychology and Peace and Justice Studies, I earned my Master's in Education from UMass Boston. Before teaching, I had worked as a consistent babysitter for 8 different families, caring for children with ages ranging from 8 months to 15 years. Olivia babysat for our family for 6 years and was our #1 choice. She is reliable, trustworthy and incredibly bright young woman who really connects with both the children she cares for and the adults that hire her. She is extremely conscientious, creative and goes above and beyond in her efforts to make sure kids are safe, responsible and having fun. She was our regular summer sitter - approximately 25 hours a week and babysat whenever we needed her throughout the school year. She also helped with birthday parties and other events we hosted. My standard for sitters is quite high and Olivia always exceeded all of my expectations. Count yourself as very blessed if you choose Olivia to babysit for your kids. You will have peace of mind and your kids will be in good hands!
