About Olivia

I developed a passion for senior care at a young age through my mother, who worked as an Activity Assistant in a senior living community in northern Michigan. Watching her bring joy, comfort, and meaningful engagement to residents showed me how important compassion and connection are in this field. Those early experiences helped shape my understanding of the emotional and social needs of older adults and inspired me to pursue a role where I can make a positive difference in their daily lives. I am dedicated to creating a warm, supportive environment where seniors feel valued, respected, and engaged.
