Olivia worked as our family assistant (childcare, cooking, housekeeping etc) for about a year, 5 days a week for 4-5 hours. What I loved about her was she was FAST, pleasant, great with kids, willing to help with most things, and flexible with her schedule. Things was room for improvement: she usually called in sick once a week (usually Monday) which really caused a lot of stress, following directions exactly like recipes, attention to details, and I would've preferred more hours than just 20-25 a week but she didn't want to work more than that. If paying hourly I would recommend cell phone is left in the car as texting was a distraction. The last two days of her employment she was upset and felt the job was too overwhelming as she just wanted to focus on cleaning so we decided to part ways amicably.
