Olivia exceeded my expectations! She was prompt to respond to messages prior to me hiring her. She arrived 10 mins early. Once she arrived, we chatted for a bit. My husband and I asked her a number of questions. She happily responded to them all and she wasn't offended one bit. She brought arts and crafts for our girls to help occupy their time. Olivia only reached out to me, when necessary (which was once in 3 hours). My husband and I were able to enjoy our evening without worrying about our girls. Olivia is mature, responsible, and has common sense. I don't say this jokingly. My girls can be a little "slick". They told Ms. Olivia that I allowed them to eat snacks late at night (not true). Ms. Olivia told them that they couldn't have any snacks after dinner without checking with me first. I HIGHLY recommend Ms. Olivia!!
