I have been a caregiver for nearly 10 years now! I've been a nanny for two families long term & have watched for nearly a dozen families. I have experience watching all ages of kids but specialize in newborn-toddler ages! I am very comfortable masking in public & getting tested for sickness at any time:) My most recent nanny family started when they had their first baby in 2019, I became their full time nanny in 2020 when they had their second baby! I continued to occasionally watch the kiddos up until I moved to Colorado this September I have a big belief system when it comes to protecting little minds. A big boundary of mine is I will never ask kiddos to keep secrets from their guardians, even little silly secrets. Kids need to be very open & honest with their parents or guardians no matter what! I love encouraging movement everyday, proper sleeping habits & lots of reading! Feel free to ask me any questions, nothing is too personal when you are trusting someone with your kiddos.

Oli is the BEST! They watched our kiddos from newborn age through toddler whirlwinds and even early school age. They are AMAZING. Very adaptable, great with kids, calm, easy to be around, fun to be with, and flexible. They’d take the kids out to the park, to lunch or make them dinner, and all the things. We miss having them in Des Moines and could not of raised our now 5 and 6 year old without Oli!
