About Oliver

My name is Oliver and I would love to be your future nanny/babysitter! I've been working as a babysitter since I was 13 and have worked in multiple childcare services (summer camp, nursery, preschool, etc.) I enjoy childcare because I love watching their curiosity grow and their eyes light up when they get excited or learn something new! The joys of finally understanding a new idea or even being able to write their own name is a kind of excitement one doesn't see every day. The whole world is new for children, and being able to live in that excitement with them is so heartwarming. I'm looking for a job that creates a sense of community in the household. I want to work with families to reach motor skill and intellectual goals, as well as build up the child's personality and confidence in themselves. In my spare time, I like to spend time with friends and go on hikes! If I'm not in nature, I'm scrapbooking or junk journaling or doing a variety of crafts.
