I strongly recommend my colleague, Olga Z. for employment. I have had the pleasure of working alongside her for three years at a learning center, where she has been entrusted with a great deal of responsibility. She was a teacher in the infant class and very adept at monitoring the students and maintaining a high level of professionalism in the classroom. She was consistent at lesson plans and adapting the environment to the children's needs. I have had the opportunity to observe Olga's professional skills as well as interpersonal style. She takes on all assignments with enthusiasm and dedication. Her devotion to her students is remarkable. She is always available to students and parents alike and is tireless at making sure the children are successful. She is a thorough communicator. Regardless of deadlines or other pressure, Olga always delivers. Her superior organizational skills make her the consummate multitasker. I went to school with Olga and she was working on her Child Development Associate degree. She was always kind and gentle and soft spoken with children and adults.
