Sweet helpful wonderful Olga is the best. She's an angel on earth and felt like part of our family. She provided competent and compassionate hands-on care to my father for over 4.5 years until he passed. He had a progressive illness and Olga was reliably there for him the whole time through difficult changes in condition. She was a welcome soothing presence for him when he was confused or agitated from the disease process. He was always happy to see her. Olga helped with all daily care - transferring, washing, grooming, dressing, eating, and toileting. She was up with him at all hours of the night. She entertained him with discussions of interest to him. She relaxed him and was always in a happy upbeat mood. Olga is very smart and has good judgment. I never worried when she was caring for my father. If I wasn't there, she promptly let me know what I needed to know. Despite my father's very challenging transfer and balance issues, never once did Olga allow my father to fall. She kept him dry and clean and he never developed hygiene or pressure issues despite his immobility. Olga also competently helped my mother with various household and personal tasks including general assistance, lots of laundry, kitchen clean up, paper filing, and so much more. She also jumped in to help my aged father in law when he routinely visited my parents. Olga is totally reliable. She was always consistently on time and she always showed up. She helped us above and beyond even during a stressful hurricane relocation situation. She was flexible and was always willing to stay late, come in early, or work additional days or nights when we had coverage gaps so that we would always reliably have the help we needed. She works independently and is also a team player and gets along with everyone. She never complains. Olga is a delight as both an employee and a person. She is very dear to our whole family and we appreciate her beyond measure. She would be a wonderful asset to another family in a variety of capacities as she is very capable, dependable, loyal, and kind. We are happy to provide a reference by phone.
