My name is Olga however I like to go by my middle name Janet. I am fully covid vaccinated with all three shots. I have been in health care for over 10 years I love what I do I also have lots of experience with all types of patients from dementia to cancer to disabled I have taken care of many people I can do the hoyer lift, run errands, companionship, also I have done my last job with the elderly before going into special needs was with hospice. I worked with the families and client to give the best care for all while there loved ones are in my care tend to them with the care that they need and always put there needs first. I am currently working with the special needs as well for two great families worked for 2 yrs in this field and I love my job and the two children I work with I have worked with also other family children as young as 4 yrs old none verbal and artistic.

We wanted to hire this person to care for a sick and elderly relative, but it did not work out. They argued a lot and he was uncomfortable with her driving. We did not feel that the person had suitable experience in caring for the elderly, in helping him walk, or in caring for his wounds. He was frightened to be around the person. We had to let the person go and they got very angry and lashed out at us. In our opinion, the person does not have the right temperament to care for an older person.
