My name is Olga, . I have 16 years of experience with a variety of primary and elementary classroom settings: general and special education as a paraprofessional in the public school system. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. I've been working with special need children for 11 years, I have taken several professional development classes regarding with Special Needs: Planning and care of Medically Fragile Students. Behavior Management, Procedures to a Safe Learning Environment, Strategies and Modalities- Students with Autism, Exceptional Child. Guided Reading K-2. I have a good practical knowledge of appropriate age activities including arts and crafts and reading books with children.
