I hired Olga for care of my 4 month old--she was great and my little girl really enjoyed her but shortly after I hired her she did not show up and did not contact me for 2 days. She later told me that she had found another job but, of course, that would have been nice to know beforehand. We were very happy with her performance but reliability is also very important.
