As a Licensed Practical Nurse with five years of experience, I am committed to providing skilled, compassionate care tailored to each client's individual needs. I recently completed RN school and am currently awaiting licensure. My experience includes monitoring vital signs, blood sugar monitoring, medication management (including injections, IV medications, and G-tube administration), enteral feeding, breathing treatments, ventilator care, wound care, and therapeutic communication. I have strong assessment and critical thinking skills, allowing me to recognize changes in a client's condition and respond appropriately. I also have experience working with individuals with memory care needs, providing patient, respectful support while promoting dignity and quality of life. I offer assistance with both long-term care and recovery after hospitalization. I help families care for their loved ones. I can provide copies of my nursing license and CPR certification upon request.
