About Olga

For the past 35 years before retiring I worked at Seqouia Hospital in ICU, emergency room and other departments. I'm very passionate helping patients in maintaining their independence and well-being. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid. I provide respite care, live-in home care, errands and shopping, medical management, and mobility assistance. I also have experience adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. My approach is patient, friendly, and professional. I prioritize clear communication with families, providing verbal updates and following their preferred method. Respecting a care recipient's independence is very important to me. I also have CPR Training and First Aid Training. I became a caregiver because I want to support families and provide a reliable care option for them.
