About Olesya

With over two decades of caregiving experience, I provide compassionate, culturally sensitive, and skilled support to seniors and individuals with complex health needs. My journey began at age 10 in Turkmenistan while caring for my father during his battle with lung cancer, shaping my lifelong dedication to this field. Since becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2015, I have worked in adult foster homes, private care, and hospice settings. I am CPR and First Aid certified, with experience in Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's, cancer recovery, COPD, ALS, CHF, diabetes, and more. Fluent in five languages, I build strong, trusting relationships with clients and families. I focus on dignity, respect, and personalized care, while also creating meaningful daily experiences through cooking, music, and engaging activities that bring comfort, joy, and connection.
