About Olena

I'd describe my personality as Empathetic, reliable, compassionate I like caring for seniors because I love caring for seniors because I believe every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported. I deeply respect the wisdom and experience of older adults and feel honored to give back with kindness and dignity. I'm looking for a meaningful position where I can provide consistent, respectful care and build trusting relationships with families. I started caring for seniors over 15 years ago in my community and continued through volunteer programs, church support groups, and private caregiving roles for neighbors and relatives. I enjoy reading, running, baking, walking in nature, and creating educational games or materials for children and families. I treat each person I care for with the same love and respect I give my own family. I take time to learn what matters most to them and do my best to create safety, calm, and joy in their daily life.
