Olena was a true professional during a family crisis. With all the chaos that is end-of-life care, she responded promptly and kept the lines of communication open. She came out to survey our home to make sure she understood the situation and agreed to be an overnight caregiver. We were 100% ready to hire her, but unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse, and the family needed to go to a facility.
