Olena worked as a part time nanny for our then 3-month old daughter. She was punctual, caring and very patient. She was very quick to understand our needs and willing to learn the ways we wanted (if she didn't know at the time) to care for our baby. For example, our baby was not a big fan of bottle feeding at the time but Olena had the patience to keep at it and make sure to feed her little by little at frequent intervals. She was also very reliable and flexible to adjust to our timings if beed be. Overall, we had a very good experience with her and might have continued if our daughter hadn't joined the daycare :)
