I'd describe my personality as nurturing, trustworthy, and energetic. I like working with kids because I enjoy being part of their growth and development. I love creating fun, safe, and nurturing environments where they can learn, explore, and express themselves. Watching their personalities blossom and knowing I'm making a positive impact in their lives is incredibly rewarding. I'm looking for a job where I can build a meaningful connection with a family and make a positive difference in their daily lives. I value clear communication, mutual respect, and a supportive environment where I can use my skills to help children feel safe, happy, and engaged. I started working with kids when COVID happened in 2020 and my sister had her baby. While I was completing my senior year remotely, I helped care for my niece during the day while my sister worked. That experience taught me a lot about infant care, responsibility, and the joy of being part of a child's early development.
