My skills include home health, meal preparation, mobility assistance, physical activity, transportation, and hospice services. I also have experience with dementia, adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone call, and by following their preferred method.
