We met Ms. O. as a TA in our oldest daughter's class in August 2024. We noticed right away that she offered kindness and patience, while also upholding healthy boundaries of behavior in the TK/K class. The kids, parents and staff loved her. When Ms. O. left our school, we were delighted to learn she was open for hire as a sitter. She would come babysit once a month and the girls (4 and 6) were so excited each time to have her. My husband and I are very careful and selective about leaving our girls alone with adults, and O. earned and maintained our full trust to keep our girls safe in body, mind and spirit. We were all so sad to hear she was relocating to the East Coast. We're confident she'll be as big of a gift to the kiddos and families over there as she was to our family. She's a trustworthy, kind, honest, hardworking individual with a huge heart for children.
