About Nyla

Hi there!! I am a upcoming Fordham graduate with studies in biological sciences and psychology. I am EMT certified in New York state and have much experience with child care. Growing up in a single parent household, I was responsible for my brother at a young age and I have around 3 years of paid childcare experience. In terms of care, I can clean and cook, as well as provide activities such as tutoring/learning, arts & crafts, and walks or park time. I would love to meet your little ones! :) I'd describe my personality as empathetic, imaginative, and dependable. I like working with kids because they are amazing little people with great ideas and thoughts. I enjoy helping and watching them grow while providing the best care possible. I'm looking for a job that is part-time or a bit over and provides an opportunity for possible long-term care. One thing you should know about me is I am always happy to help, which often includes errands, transportation, and meal prep.
