About Nyla

My name is Nyla, and I recently graduated from Morgan State University with a degree in Elementary Education. I am a caring, dependable, and patient caregiver with a passion for helping others and making a positive impact in people's lives. Through my educational background and hands-on experience, I have developed strong communication, organization, and caregiving skills. I also worked as an ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Specialist, where I supported children with developmental and behavioral needs. In this role, I helped children improve communication, social, and daily living skills while encouraging positive behaviors in a safe and supportive environment. This experience strengthened my patience, compassion, and ability to provide individualized care. I enjoy creating a safe, comfortable, and positive environment while assisting with daily routines, companionship, and overall well-being.
