About Nyjaylah

I truly love being a PCA/CNA because caring for people gives me a sense of purpose that nothing else does. There's something special about being the person who can bring comfort, dignity, and kindness to someone who really needs it. Even on the hard days, I know the work I'm doing matters. I love the relationships I build with my residents -- learning their routines, their personalities, and the little things that make their day easier. Whether it's helping them feel clean and comfortable, keeping them safe, or just listening to their stories, I feel honored to be trusted with that part of their life. Im able to stay calm in tough situations, support people through challenges, and make someone feel cared for when they need it most. At the end of the day, being a PCA/CNA isn't just a job to me -- it's something I was built for. Helping people is what I'm meant to do, and it makes me proud to show up and be that person for others.
