Hi, my name is Nyah. I have over two years of hands-on experience caring for my grandparents, providing consistent emotional support, companionship, and daily assistance. One of my grandparents lives with Alzheimer's, and the other has a physical disability, so I understand the importance of patience, routine, and calm reassurance. Through this experience, I've learned how to support seniors with memory challenges, mood changes, and limited mobility while always maintaining dignity and respect. I focus on creating a safe, comforting environment where seniors feel heard, valued, and supported at their own pace. I provide non-medical companion care, including conversation, light meal prep, errands, transportation, walking support, and light household tasks. I am attentive, dependable, and deeply committed to treating every individual with compassion and understanding.
