About Nyah

Hello I hope you consider me as your nanny/babysitter. Welcome to my profile. I am a recent gradate from Fort Valley State University where I obtained a degree in Family and Consumer Science with a concentration in Infant and Child Development. My degree also required a four-month internship in the childcare setting. I am continuing my education to obtain a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and I hope to become licensed within the next 2. 5-3 years. During this past summer I worked on Fort Eisenhower as a Child and Youth Services assistant (military childcare) and I primarily cared for infants/toddlers. I found that environment to be very fast paced and I would rather focus on personalized care with one or two children at a time. I enjoy working with children and witnessing them achieve their developmental milestones. I hope I can be a blessing for families who may need personalized and special care for their children.
