About Nya

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. I specialize in Math, English, and Science for elementary and middle school students, focusing on building lasting confidence rather than rote memorization. By actively observing how you interact with new material, I tailor my approach--using visual aids, hands-on activities, or guided discussions--to match your unique learning style. When concepts feel overwhelming, I break them into manageable steps to build momentum and keep you engaged. I believe clear, consistent communication with both you and your parents creates a collaborative environment where we can celebrate every "aha!" moment together. My goal is to help you develop the critical thinking skills necessary for long-term success. I am genuinely excited to support your academic journey and help you discover how capable you truly are.
