I have over two decades of childcare experience, and many of my past and current kiddos have special needs! All children are indeed special, but some need more specialized care and attention than others. Each child and family deserves individualized, compassionate care so that every child's experience is fun, stimulating, and SAFE! I have extensive experience caring for and working with those who have cognitive, developmental, and/or physical and medical needs that may be more intensive and/or sensitive than the average, and I'm prepared to do whatever is necessary to keep those in my care feeling great about their unique abilities and to help families feel comfortable and confident that their loved ones' needs are being met while you are away. I never hesitate to ask questions and learn from the parents and families, as I recognize that you know their needs best!
