About Nozomi

I'm patient, kind, nurturing, gentle, and dependable. I love working with children because their creativity, curiosity, and joy are inspiring. I'm looking for a family that values communication, flexibility, and their child's growth and well-being. I began babysitting family and friends at 14, then worked as a summer camp counselor, daycare teacher, and most recently an art instructor with HISD. These roles allowed me to work with children of different ages, personalities, and needs. In my free time, I enjoy growing my event decorating business, singing, dancing, exercising, and spending time with loved ones. I believe in balancing kindness with structure and prefer positive reinforcement to help children build confidence, communication skills, and independence. My strengths include creativity, behavior guidance, problem-solving, and safety awareness.
