Nova has been working with our family for the past three years, starting when our daughter was 8 months old. It would be hard to overstate the role she has played in the development of our daughter. She has been like a third parent, collaborating with my husband and me in support of our daughter through so many milestones and transitions. Nova has so many wonderful qualities, talents and skills that she brings to care giving. She is bright, thoughtful, loving, energetic, funny, honest, mindful, loyal, responsible and incredibly trustworthy. We have worked with Nova as a full-time nanny, part-time nanny, babysitter and travel nanny over our time with her and she has excelled in all of them.
