Norma is the best caregiver you will ever find! She took care of our infant from 3 months to 1 year old, and she loved her like her own the entire time. She engaged her so well with play and developmental activities as she grew, read to her often, the two of them were always giggling together all day! Now months later, our daughter still picks up her toy phone and calls Ms. Norma. She quickly became part of the family, and was ready and willing to help with anything we needed, including doing many things around the house that she just noticed needed to be done. She cared for baby full time and did household chores, laundry, meal prep, tidying. She kept us afloat! She always talks so fondly of the kids and families she has cared for before too, you can just tell each family has genuinely become part of her heart. She was always finding thoughtful ways of showering us with her love - tea for me, books and other tokens for the kids based on their interests. She's a lovely human in every way!
