I hired Norma to clean my home for me while I was going through some MAJOR surgeries, and unable to clean my home, myself. From the moment I met her I knew she was someone whom I could trust. She radiated kindness, and positivity. I agreed to have her do one major cleaning prior to my first surgery to see how her abilities would be, and she exceeded my expectations. I then hired her on a bi-weekly basis to get me through the rest of my surgeries which ended up being a 2 1/2 year time span. During that time she quickly became more than my house cleaner. She became a friend. On the days she would clean for me she would call on her way to see if there was anything I needed. Before she would leave she would ask me if there was anything she could get me. She would even bring me meals she had prepared, and always brought me a coffee. She definitely went above and beyond what I would've ever excepted. Not only did I find a great house cleaner, but in the process, a great friend.
