Her personality is so warm, friendly and energetic that my mom and our family liked her right away. Norma has gone above and beyond to help my mom with her dressing and mobility challenges. She recommended products and devices that have made a huge difference in my mom being able to stay at home vs an assisted living facility. Norma has been reliable, communicative and very helpful.
