Norma is absolutely wonderful! She has a positive, can-do attitude and takes pride in her work. Norma is detail-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated — clearly, she cares about doing a great job. We worked together cleaning out a refrigerator when she noticed a "hidden" crevice under a shelf that needed to be unscrewed to clean properly — something I had missed! Norma also vacuumed a large sectional couch from the inside out, tidied, and cleaned more than I expected. I love that she's flexible — Norma brings her own cleaning supplies or uses yours if you prefer, and even carries a screwdriver! Norma is hardworking, dependable, and a pleasure to be around. I am very happy with her work and highly recommend Norma to anyone looking to keep a spotless home!
