About Norma

I have exstensive experience in tutoring students grade K-12. By providing individualized academic support across a wider range of subjects including reading, writing, math, SAT prep, and social studies. My approach is centered around meeting each student at their own level and creating customized strategies that build confidence by helping to improve comprehension and foster independent learning. In addition to learning hands on learn to help each student grasp the learning materials. I have experience working with students with all abilities, including learning differences, learning styles, and IEPS. Whether reinforcing classroom materials, prepping for tests, or introducing new concepts, I strive to make learning engaging, empowering, and effective. My goal in every session is not just academic success, but also to instill a love of learning, and personal growth in all my students I support.
