About Norma

Norma was a true blessing for our family in the care of my 83 year old grandmother who was recovering from a fall and 4 subsequent surgeries. Norma dived right in, brought laughter and cheer, impeccable cleanliness, and care, and supported my grandmother in her health. Aside from the practical hard skills of being a caregiver, she was also brought awesome soft skills - she was wonderful at being aware of our needs, family and cultural norms, and adjusting accordingly. She's a hard worker, flexible, quick learner, and loving. Norma worked with us for 7 months until my grandma was well enough to go back to her hometown. I recommend Norma highly and without hesitation!
