About Norman

I'm passionate about helping students achieve their academic goals. With a college degree Northeastern University in Computer Science and Economics, and a year of experience tutoring college level Algebra, I create an engaging, supportive, and patient learning environment for elementary, middle, and high school students. I teach a variety of subjects mostly focused on Math, Science, and Computers / Tech, but also comfortable tutoring anything at the Elementary & Middle School level. I am very patient and vary my teaching strategies and encourage open communication to adapt to each student's learning style. Celebrating small successes and breaking down complex problems helps me keep students motivated. Communication is essential to understanding student needs, progress, and setting clear expectations. Finally, I grew up with three little brothers and thus have lots of experience working with younger children!
