Norma has been our three children’s caretaker for the past five years and has completely exceeded our expectations. She started caring for our son shortly after he was born and has helped him to develop in a happy and thriving kindergartener. Each of our children has a different personality and different interests, and Norma was able to find a way to make deep connections with each of them. She is equally comfortable playing soccer in the backyard with our son or helping our middle-schooler with her homework. Norma has always been punctual, provides frequent communication, and is able to handle our complex & always changing after school pick-up/drop-off schedules with ease. She is very handy around the house - keeping things tidy and helping with meal prep, as well as being a very nurturing, creative, and responsible individual. Norma has been an amazing addition to our family, and I’m confident that she’ll do an excellent job for any family looking for an outstanding caretaker.
