I cannot say enough wonderful things about Norma. From the moment came on board she demonstrated a rare combination of professionalism, compassion, and reliability. Norma consistently went above and beyond to ensure that my father was not only safe but also truly cared for and engaged each day. She approached every task with patience and positivity, thoughtfully adapting to any needs or changes that arose – which were many with my father being in and out of the hospital with a critical, terminal illness. Norma showed exceptional attention to detail, and an intuitive ability to provide comfort and support in a humble and supportive way. What stood out most was Norma’s to connect on a personal level — treating my father with dignity, respect, and sincere kindness and also demonstrating empathy to the family – as she was with him and us at his passing. I wholeheartedly recommend Norma to any family seeking a dependable, compassionate, and skilled caregiver. She is truly a rare find, and we feel so fortunate to have had Norma with us.
