About Norma

Norma was amazing for our family. She started out when my son was 2 years old, and we also had another child as well she was helping with. We were always in full agreement with her as to how to care for our child (from newborn to almost 4 years old). Norma took great care to be a safe, enriching, and fun nanny for the kids. We are a family that are very engaged with our children and want them to have a fun/relaxed environment with engaging activities but also at the same time we want to ensure our kids have structure/schedules in place. Norma really listens and cares about the style of parenting we want for our kids. She was on-time, helped with light housekeeping around the house during naps, cleaned up any mess our child made, and helped with taking our older child to activities. The only reason we stopped was because our older son is now in school almost full time and we couldn't provide the hours anymore that we used to. We will miss Norma's love, her thoughtfulness, and years of experience that helped guide us as first time parents. Highly recommend!
