About Norma

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching philosophy. With eight years of experience, I provide personalized support across English, test preparation, business, and study skills for elementary, middle school, and adult learners. I assess your unique learning style by incorporating visual aids, hands-on activities, and targeted practice problems. When concepts become challenging, I maintain your motivation through consistent positive reinforcement and by celebrating every small success. I believe open communication creates the trust necessary for a truly collaborative environment. Witnessing your confidence grow as you master new skills remains the most rewarding part of my work. Whether we meet at a library, coffee shop, or online, I look forward to helping you achieve your goals and seeing you thrive.
