About Norma

Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my calling. My three years of experience have solidified my passion for supporting well-being and independence. As a Certified Nursing Assistant with a graduate degree, I bring both practical skills and advanced knowledge to my care. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and empathetic. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning their preferences and personal history. I am skilled at de-escalating stressful situations. I provide transportation, run errands, do light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I keep families informed with written daily reports, verbal updates, and by following their preferred communication methods. I have CPR Training and First Aid Training. I also speak English and Spanish. I would love to bring my skills and caring nature to your family.
