Norma is an exceptional caregiver! We hired Norma through Care.com back in February 2013, when our first daughter was 3 months old. We had 3 interviews lined up, and after we interviewed Norma, we cancelled the other 2 and hired her on the spot. She spent 6 1/2 years with our family; longer than we even needed help. We have no family in the area, and cannot imagine how we would have raised our two girls and maintained the upward trajectory of our careers without her love and attention. Our youngest just started school, and we are no longer in need of full time help. It was a sad day when our girls recently said goodbye to Norma. They love her and consider her part of our family. Their entire lives she has nurtured them, made their food from scratch, done their laundry and driven them to/from school and activities. She even did a "Mommy and Me" class with our youngest for 2 years. Basically, Norma is a dream, and any family would be lucky to have her.
