Norma is a wonderful housekeeper. I've contacted her for a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment deep clean including windows and oven scrubbing. From the start, she's communicative, responds quickly, and open to discuss specific requests. She arrived prior start time, brought her own supplies, and was very efficient with her cleaning demonstrating her experiences. I went through a list that I'd like the cleaning to be covered, and she completed all. She was also very respectful to my cat which was assuring as a pet owner. Very glad to have contacted Norma for her help and would consider hiring her again!
