I have more than 20 years experience, which includes a Child Care Certificate from Molly College. Before I got my certificate I worked for a family with 4 kids, but when I started their were only 2, their son was 18 months and their daughter was 2 months. At one point I had all 4 kids in diapers. I would cook for the kids, sing and dance with them, take them to the park and make play dates for them I was with them for 5 years. After working for the family I got a job as an Associate Teacher for a Day Care Center for 3 years. One for the parents from the center had her 2nd child and asked me to work from them at their home. I was with them for 9 years, but sadly I had to leave them because I was moving to CT. I am currently working for a family in Weston but they are moving to Florida so I have to find a new job.

I am writing to strongly recommend Nora S for a nanny position. Nora helped us take care of our daughter from the age of three months old, and she has been invaluable over the past year and a half. Nora was caring, loving, and patient with our daughter, but still was able to help build habits, monitor for and help our girl meet milestones, and assist with any behavioral issues. From setting up a schedule, to sleep training, to first words - Nora worked diligently with our daughter. As first time parents, we learned a lot from her. Nora often went above and beyond what was required. She helped with making baby food, cooking, laundry, and even made a professional looking cake for our daughter's first birthday. She arranged play dates, took our daughter to activities such as music classes, and took her out to places like the aquarium. So I knew that our child was getting a chance to learn and see new things, even when I was busier than I would have liked to be.
