About Nora

I'm Nora.. I'm currently living in the Gorge. The last couple of years I have been focusing heavily on my graduate research on the integration of environmental education and movement psychology, and the influence it has on youth development. I studied Outdoor Education in undergrad, and ever since (the last 9ish years) I have worked many childcare positions and have worked with kids in the outdoors. I am a firm believer in outdoor education, and realize the importance it is for youth development. I am currently a garden educator for youth, and an alpine ski coach. I love farming, trail running and skiing. I love going on adventures with kids (even just for a walk to the park or a bike ride). I have experience with babies as young as a couple months old to 12 years, with a strong chunk of my experience both babysitting, coaching, and facilitating outdoor education in the 3-6 age range.
