About Nora

I'd describe my personality as patient, engaging and optimistic. I like working with kids because they are joyful, curious and energetic. I'm looking for a job that allows me work with children part time after having spent 34 years in the early childhood and elementary classrooms of RPS. I started working with kids as a babysitter in middle & high school. I've always enjoyed kids because of their energy, curiosity and enthusiasm. In my spare time, I love to spend time with family and friends. I also enjoy reading, cooking, creating art, playing board games and traveling. I believe in giving my undivided attention, nurturing curiosity and engaging in child led activities. After retirement I took a part time job caring for an infant. I stayed for over three years until she entered preschool. It was a wonderful experience and she and her parents became like family.
