About Norah

I'd describe my personality as friendly, empathetic, and patient. I like working with kids because I believe it's critical to establish supportive environments as soon as possible to encourage healthy growth and independence. I'm looking for a position as either a babysitter or nanny with regular hours as well as a family that values creativity and outdoor activities and learning. I started working with kids at 19 years old through my university's daycare program. There, I worked as a teacher aide in a classroom for infants and toddlers for two and a half years before graduating school. In my spare time, I like to read and go on hikes. I additionally like photography visiting museums. I hope to balance playfulness and warmth with responsibility and respect -- respect for others and respect for themselves! While I have the most experience with infants and tods, I'm open to working with older children as well.
