I hired Nora as a mother’s helper to assist w the day to day clutter that comes with multiple small children. Additionally, she has helped me with organization and seasonal turnover of the home. She shows up and gets right to work, and works independently once given her tasks, which I value, as she doesn’t require constant guidance. She can intuit what a room needs. I also feel safe leaving her alone in our home to get her tasks done. She is definitely valuable!
